Blast: Toon World, Cock and Bulls, The Plame Game

It's time for another Morphizm dump, my friends, and man is this one...potent. Sorry for the scatalogy, but you have to call it like you see it. Especially when you're surrounded by losers going crazy over cartoons and errant buckshot. There are truly more important things going on, even beneath the surface of today's addictive scandals. But I digress. Let's impress, starting with my man Nathan Means from the post-rock nuthouse called Trans Am:

Toon Town
The cartoons that pissed off Muslim Nation came out months ago. But can't a suffering people call bullshit anyway? MORE

The Plame Game
Alberto Gonzales is now withholding Plame emails from the Fitzgerald investigation. Is anyone surprised? MORE

Hyper-Famous Amos

Cock and Bulls
Some thought Laurence Sterne's experimental novel Tristram Shandy unfilmable. But bawd kills with the mallrats. Recognize! MORE

There's more, of course, but you have to head to Morphizm to suck it all up. Sci-fi fans should note that the mighty BoingBoing's Cory Doctorow and others have sent out a call for budding writers to attend the Clarion Workshop, whose writers-in-residence include heavyweights like Samuel Delany and more. And music fans ought to note that Morphizm is currently offering new streams and downloads from the Drive-By Truckers, Flaming Lips, Tori Amos, Death Cab for Cutie, The Elected and many more. Now enjoy your holiday meant to honor past presidents, and think about how utterly lame your current one is. It's the truth, and it hurts like a mutherfucker.
